Tara discovered yoga during a time of uncertainty, initially seeking a sense of peace. What began as a personal practice quickly grew into a passion for building physical strength and inner resilience. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga and is currently deepening her practice through their 300-hour program. Tara’s classes blend dynamic movement with moments of stillness, using breath and creative sequencing to help students build strength, find balance, and leave feeling grounded.
