Restorative and yin yoga classes with Radiant help to quiet the mind and rejuvenate the body, to achieve a sense of deep relaxation and mental clarity. Our instructors lead you through a class to restore your mind, body, and spirit.
Pre + Post Natal
Designed for Moms to be, and moms with pre-crawling babies. Students have the opportunity to connect with one another and themseles. We move through a series of grounding asanas to both strengthen and soothe the physical body. The experience is both invigorating and restoring.
Yoga Sculpt
Step into the heat for a mat-based fusion that blends sculpt and yoga into one powerful, feel-good workout. In this 45 minute warm class, we’ll use props to help sculpt, lengthen, and strengthen your body from head to toe. Expect a mix of explosive, high-energy movements that fire up your muscles and mindful, controlled sequences that bring you back to center.
Hot Power
Hot Power yoga combines hot yoga and flow yoga, and is practiced in a room with heated temperatures to loosen muscles, while building strength and endurance. Our instructors lead a heated class that focuses on breath and movement. The temperature hovers around 90 degrees +/- 5 degrees of variability.
