Christine Dennehy

Christine graduated from the first 200 hour RYT teacher training offered by Chanel Luck and Bonnie Argo (which was amazing!); and her love for yoga has kept her practicing and training ever since. Christine has completed workshops with master teachers such as Patricia Walden, Ana Forest, Tias Little and Bo Forbes to name just a few. She recently completed a 100 hour (Yoga Alliance Certified) Yin, Yang and Mindfulness Meditation Training in Thailand with the talented Sarah Powers where she gained a new appreciation for Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. Seeking more, Christine completed a 4 week Mindfulness Meditation workshop with Josh Summers upon her return to Boston.

Christine currently teaches Yin Yoga applying sequences designed to stretch connective tissue along the meridian pathways targeting specific organs and areas of the body, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga integrating Iyengar based alignment into the asana practice. Christine practices with many wonderful instructors including Chanel Luck, Ame Wren, Patricia Walden, David Vendetti, Todd Skoglund and Roger Cole.

Yoga is a practice which brings strength, power, balance, lightness and calm. Yoga is bliss.
