Alana Sullivan

Yoga has brought incredibly powerful and potent medicine into my life over the past several years, helping me to reclaim my relationship with my body and spirit, as well as become a better human.

I believe that yoga can support each of us in healing and deepening the connections between our bodies, minds, and spirits. I am particularly interested in learning and teaching ethical yoga as a powerful tool for systemic change and social justice work.

As a teacher, my greatest wish is to create a welcoming space for playful, accessible, and supportive yoga practice for all individuals and bodies. Off the mat, you can find me knitting, reading, and studying the Tarot.
